This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate Director to work within a school environment and ensure excellence within Early Years. This centre is located in the Fairfield region of Sydney's South West and instils in students a strong sense of faith, community and respect, as well as being supported to achieve excellent academic and holistic educational outcomes. Your new role As the Centre Director you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the service, managing relationships with families, delegating responsibilities between educators, rostering staff and ensuring the centre is meeting and exceeding the regulations of the NQS.
Your ability to role model best practice will be essential to succeed in this position. Within this role you will develop a high quality and engaging school readiness program, working in collaboration with your team, but also utilising the knowledge of the Primary school to ensure a smooth transition from pre-school to school. You will have a minimum of 1.
5 hours off the floor each day, allowing you to focus on program development and rostering. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is looking for additional responsibility of managing other educators and developing a high quality program within the service. You will be heavily supported in your role by a highly motivated Principal, who understands the importance of child development within early years.
You will also be supported by an office team with accounts, admin and HR, which will allow you to focus on developing staff, the educational program and relationships with children and families.
