We have 1500 customers and 80,000 users and are now looking for a strategic account executive purely focused on upselling and expanding our existing customer base.

With 8% mom growth, EH is well-funded having just completed our series B investment and are currently scaling for further growth. You will be primarily selling within the SME and Mid-market space and speaking to C-Level Executives.

Developing and executing on your account strategy for our existing customer base Growing key relationships as well as working closely with the channel and partners Involved in uncovering opportunities and introducing new lines and up selling new products via the phone and through email campaigns. Upselling, cross selling and delivering new revenue in designated accounts Building strong relationships through customer interaction i.
e. phone, email, screenshare, F2F Working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business and with the customer Accurately reporting and using our CRM system Attaining and exceeding agreed quota Potentially moving to a more senior role in 6-18 months Requirements A background in BDM or Account Management roles in the IT/Technology space preferably within a genuine SaaS (subscription) environment 2- 6 years account management or BDM experience Solution Sales, Spin Selling and Challenger Sale training and experience highly regarded. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, readily embrace new challenges and be open to change You need to enjoy technology and have a drive for improvement - making things work better for our valued customers Brilliant communication skills – written and verbal Fast.
